The Dutch Association of Mediation and Temporary Employment Companies is the sector organization for temporary employment agencies and flex markets. Since 1994 the NBBU has represented the interests of more than 900 temporary employment agencies and their temporary employees.The CLA for Temporary Agency Workers contains rules that its members must comply with. The NBBU ensures that NOAH complies with the laws and regulations, no matter how complex, by means of annual inspections.
Stichting Normering Arbeid. The NEN 4400-1 is the quality mark for all temporary employment agencies. The quality mark is based on NEN 4400-1 and NEN 4400-2. The SNA ensures that NOAH is checked several times a year for correct declarations and payments of payroll taxes, payment of statutory wages and associated allowances. SNA also checks whether NOAH has all the documents in order when they place an employee.
Safety and Health Checklist Employment agencies is a quality mark that is intended for companies that send personnel to VCA-certified companies. These are companies that carry out work with an increased risk in a risky environment such as on construction sites, factories or workplaces. NOAH is therefore checked every year by an independent institution whether they actually apply their health policy objectives and policies.

A G-account is a blocked bank account with which only the tax authorities can be paid. You as a hirer are assured that NOAH will pay its contributions.
Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Checklist Contractors is meant to make you work more safely and reduce the number of accidents. Every employee at NOAH is therefore also in the possession of VCA, if this is not the case, the employee will be given the opportunity to follow the course free of charge via NOAH.
